
Teaching of Martial Arts
Chinese Kung Fu is an education of the body, which advances the student’s constitution throughout the training of martial arts, routines and competition. The body constitution consists of capabilities of limbs and torso motion and physical movement. Over the course of being taught martial arts, the student will learn proper muscle control and coordination in a limited amount of space through limb and torso exercises. Physical mobility can be perfected through training to improve physical performance, including speed, toleration, force, nimbleness, balance, coordination, rhythm, and accuracy.
